Uncaught exception 'Exception' with message 'Could not execute phantomjs' in /home/hexadesigns/public_html/serptrack/koolreport/packages/export/Handler.php:71

Please suggest.

Hi Aritrim,

I have looked at your server and it seems that phantomjs need to be installed (not just copied) as we specify. This much depends on server settings. Most of the time, you just need to copy file and set permission to run. But may be due to the server settings, installation is required. Do you have ssh?

Since it is a reseller account, SSH is not supported. What else can be done to install it? I can ask the server hosts and see if they can install it for us.

We installed PhantomJS and it runs already but somehow the shell_exec() seems not running now because Export package need to communicate with phantomjs. It could be that those shell_exec() is disabled on your hosting. Let us check it for awhile and come back to you.
