My report displays correctly in the browser (subject to my removeDuplicate issue previously reported). When I produce a pdf output the placement of the values in the removeDuplicate columns is incorrect. Below is how it is formatted in the browser:

Is there something I can do to fix this?

I solved this myself by adding vertical-align:top; to the css for the td elements.
