What is 30-days money back policy?

After your purchase, you have 30 day long to test and decide whether KoolReport Pro is your right solution. If it is, that's great. But if it isn't, you tell us, we will refund you fully. Being able to offer strict money back policy, we have strong belief in our product's quality.

What is Priority Support?

You will receive guaranteed 24-hour response to any of your issues via forum and email. Our forum is our offcial support channel. When you own license, your forum post will be highlighted to receive priority support.

What is Free Upgrade?

During your subscription period, you will receive upgrade with free of charge. The upgrade could be bug fixes, features enhancement as well as new packages added to the KoolReport Pro suite.

What is Royalty Free?

You do not have to pay us for the number of projects integrated with KoolReport Pro and for the number of clients you delivered your product to.

What is SaaS Application?

SaaS stands for Software-as-a-service type of application. If you are single developer want to build Saas application, purchase the Team license.

Can I modify your source for my own need?

Feel free to customize our source code for your own need. We provide full source code including PHP, Javascript, Css.

My company has one developer, should my company purchase one Developer License?

The Developer License is licensed to developer as individual so the license will not belongs to company. In this case, your company will not have right to deliver products integrated with KoolReport Pro to company's clients. We encourage your company to purchase at least Team license to have Company's Project Delivery right.

I do not want to renew next year but still want to use, how?

Please consider to purchase Perpetual Usage license option to your account. Perpetual Usage will allow you to download latest version (within your subscription) at anytime and allow you to use KoolReport Pro forever. This option will be available after you choose your license.

What will happen to my created reports after my subscription ended?

Your built reports are still working well and continue to work forever. However, since your subscription ended, you should not create new reports unless you have Perpetual Usage. At that time, you may renew your subscription. The renewal price is very low, only 50% of original price and you will have another full year of usage, support and upgrade.
